Dr. Vikram I. Shah is the Chairman and Managing Director of Shalby Ltd.Shalby Centre of Excellence for Learning & Simulation (SCOELS) is a modern, technically advanced Simulation Laboratory in Shalby Hospitals.SCOELS is the first in the state of Gujarat to set up such an advanced laboratory.

The simulation lab is designed to improve the safety of healthcare by allowing healthcare practitioners to gain valuable experience in various clinical settings without risking patients’ safety.

SCOELS aims to build the skills and capabilities of healthcare professionals with a holistic approach to preserving and sustaining quality human life.The center focuses on ensuring that employees achieve excellent professional and technical expertise.
